I've been training at grit since 2020

I think it must be a challenging task for any format of training to keep a person interested and keen for more. Grit offers this experience. I've always wanting a type of training that will become lifestyle and benefit your health. Grit ticks all the boxes. For any person with a busy lifestyle Grit provides a full body workout that works on your fitness as well as muscles. Since 2020 its become part of my lifestyle and i look forward to joining the next class. UNFORTUNATELY, i travel allot but find that the 2/3 classes i attend a week is actually good enough to keep me at a decent fitness level. All the classes are very enjoufull. You train with people that encourage and drives you and you work hard. Not for one day have i ever thought that i've gone to waste my time or money and I would encourage any person that want to improve their fitness and get in shape to join Grit.
